Pricing for Construction Stored Carbon projects is designed to keep certification accessible for both small and large companies. The total cost depends on the project scale to lower barriers for participation and support wider adoption of carbon storing construction practices.

Oncra offers her services for a small certification fee of **€2.500 flat fee per project + €2 / ton ***The average carbon removal per project is ~ 1500 tons

Oncra Partnership We invite all companies to become official Oncra partners. The partnership entails that Oncra is the exclusive partner for the certification of the carbon removal with biobased building materials and at a minimal of 5 projects are certified. All Oncra partners receive a 10% discount on certification, first-in-line service and access to all Oncra or Climate Cleanup events.

Important: Third-party Validation & Verification fees Validation and verification are carried out by an independent third-party Validation and Verification Body. These costs are not included in the Oncra fee and are invoiced separately by the selected third party. The final fee depends on the project type, project size, complexity, documentation quality and required site visits. The currently expected costs per project are €2000,- for the joint validation and verification. Projects are responsible for arranging and paying these costs directly, unless agreed otherwise.
